"I'm addicted to understanding people and what makes us want to get out of bed in the morning. I've worked with and learned from some of the greatest minds in the world on wellbeing and self development. And I'm committed to getting this kind of work to where it can have the greatest impact." - Danielle
DANIELLE POSA, FOUNDER & CEO - GLOBAL WELLBEING GROUP
Danielle Posa is a leadership advisor, wellbeing strategist, and founder of Global Wellbeing Group—an advisory and consulting firm reshaping how companies define success by making wellbeing a leadership imperative.
With nearly 20 years as a global management consultant, Danielle has helped organizations across industries and continents transform their cultures through a top-down approach that begins with the CEO. She works directly with senior leadership to help them understand the profound connection between their personal wellbeing and the health of their organization—and how conscious, purpose-driven leadership elevates how people live, work, and lead.
Danielle’s belief is simple but transformative: great leaders create great organizations—and it starts from within. As part of her holistic approach, she offers a private executive advisory experience that creates alignment between a leader’s inner life and external impact, ensuring the culture they build is rooted in authenticity and integrity.
She brings a rare combination of depth and practicality—blending strategic consulting, personal advising, and an unmatched body of content that draws from behavioral science, global wellbeing research, positive psychology, ontology, and human potential frameworks.
Global Wellbeing Group brings this philosophy to scale. The firm helps clients design and implement culture strategies where wellbeing is foundational—integrating best practices into every phase of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and manager development to leadership training and internal communications. GWG also delivers transformational wellbeing workshops and curriculums, combining science, strategy, and soul to help employees and leaders take ownership of their wellbeing. The result: thriving people, aligned cultures, and sustainable performance.
Danielle’s career began at Gallup, where she advised global clients on employee engagement and wellbeing and served as liaison to Dr. Deepak Chopra for Gallup’s global wellbeing research. She later became Director of Enterprise Solutions at Chopra Global, where she co-led the Workplace Wellbeing and the Soul of Leadership program with Deepak—a course designed to help leaders infuse purpose into their organizations.
A cancer survivor, Danielle began public speaking at 15, sharing her story at a fundraiser for the Children’s Cancer Research Foundation. Since then, she has spoken on major stages including Sages and Scientists, Peer150, ESTO, and Make-A-Wish events, and guest lectured at the Kellogg School of Management. Her lived experience gives her message uncommon resonance—she doesn’t just talk about wellbeing; she embodies it.
Danielle holds a double major in Marketing and International Business from the University of Maryland. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her two young children, Giavanna and Nico. She’s also a former triathlete, lifelong learner, and a fierce advocate for redefining success—not by wealth or title, but by the quality of one’s life and contribution to others.
Through Global Wellbeing Group, Danielle is not just building a business—she’s advancing a movement. One for more conscious leaders, more humane organizations, and a world where power is aligned with purpose, and work becomes a catalyst for human flourishing.
“A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing, and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both.”
